I'd like to meet:

So lots of people want to know how to start with a layout site.. so here ya go..What you need: 1. Good knowledge on HTML 2. Patience 3. Good places to make your imagesSomethings you need to know: # how to make a link/how to add pictures to your myspace # Making a screenshot # How to add a code to a blog/how to make a textarea boxIf you need some codes go to the codes section.Showing previews: 1. Making a new myspace for each layout. (Each time you make a new layout, you need to make a new myspace account) # Post URL on your layout site2. Make a screenshot. (make a screenshot of a layout previwer) # Make a tester myspace account # Make a Screenshot(save it as .png or .gif the other ones will make your pictures blurry) # Post the screenshot and the layout code in a blog # Post the URL of the blog on the siteI personally would use the second one just because making a new account everytime takes awhile but either one will workPrograms to make images: 1. Photoshop this does cost money but you can download a 30 day trial here.2. Jasc Paint shop pro This also costs money you can download a trial here3.Photofiltre This does not cost money. It not the best, but it still does its purpose. You can download it here4. PhotoPlus This doesnt cost money. You can use brushes. You can download it here. If you would like to download brushes but dont know how please click here4.Paint If you dont have anyclue what to do with any of those programs use paint. It still works. Just save it as .png or .gifTips:-Have a variety. In other words don’t have just color layouts, or just imaged layouts. Also add some different personality layouts for different people.-Give everyone credit. A lot of people will flip if you don’t credit them to something.-Be nice to your viewers. You need to remember that not a lot of people know as much as you do about layout making. I know a lot of people do get annoying but just bare with them.-Don’t jock or steal! Duhh. Yeah because then the layout site that you stole it Will flip and tell them to send you hate mail. And yeah its just not pretty.-Make your site organized so everything is easy to get to.-Get lots of affiliates! They will help your site to become KNOWN!-Be nice! Some people may get you mad by not reading the FAQ, but did you always read the FAQ's before you had a layout site?If you go under helpful things and click tutorials.. i have put up adding a code in a blog, and making a screenshot. I would learn that if you wanted to improve your site. also, i added a place to learn how to make a div overlay here. Do this at your own risk!If you have a question.. write it here and check back to see if i wrote a responcePosted in codes | 32 Comments »1.great helpful tips.
