I am a producer/songwriter/drummer/dj & vocalist. Born and raised in North London, I’ve been working as a professional musician officially since 2000 when I graduated from Westminster University with a BA (Hons.) in Commercial Music.
As a drummer I’ve toured and performed with artists including, Omar, Vanessa-Mae, Ricky Martin, Amerie, Robin Gibb, Craig David plus many more. I’ve also worked as a drummer/vocalist in the West End in the musicals, “Jailhouse Rock” and the Motown show, “Dancing In The Streets”.
In October 2003, myself and Elroy ‘Spoonface’ Powell formed an act called, ‘Ear Dis. We also set up our label, WunnaDemWuns. Through this label we released our first single, ’Hey Girl’ which became a dancefloor anthem in many scenes including Broken Beat/Funky House/Bashment/R’n’B.
We’ve just finished our first album, ’Welcome to Floorboogie’ which is coming very soon. I’m also focusing on my first solo album entitled, “Arms’ House”, which is an eclectic selection of different genres and sounds which reflect my influences right now. This will be released on my label, Dawn Of Day.
My first release from this album will be a track called, “Only One” which features the amazing vocal talents of Vula.
