Sounds Like: The first two recordings here are from the Blitz Dynette 2005 release "Share the Dream",and feature the amazing vocal talents of Amy Simpson.
The first one is my composition "(You Can't Be) Everybody's Everything"
The second ,"Share The Dream",is a song by my friend and co-hort for many years ,Dave Buffington, and is used here with his kind permission.
the third composition,"It's What You Didn't Say"is by my good friend Dr.Craig First,(www.cpfirst.net) and was recorded in 1986 I think. This is from the Synapse CD of the same name.It is used here with the kind permission of Dr.First.I added a Blitz Dynette live "board" recording of an old James Brown,Aretha Franklin tune"Give Me Your Love",that features the original BD members,Eric Ensminger on trumpet,Gregory Johnson on keys and Bobby "Fame" Fanus on bass. It's hard for me to believe this was recorded 12 years ago.The horn arrangement is a little self indulgent, but it sure was fun.Amy&Forrest tear up the vocals.I hope you enjoy it.I can also be found on recordings by D.C.&Co.,Xatanga(www.xatanga.com),and most recently Big Tubba Mista
