I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships and Friends

About Me

Welcome to my site! You have just accessed the site of one of the most laid back, and most down to earth people you will ever meet. I am what I am. My profile name was a nickname that was given to me by my RI friends that sort of stuck. Remember the Street Fighter video game? Long story, but that is where they got it from.I was born in the desolation of North Dakota, where I currently reside after 10 years spent between Michigan and Rhode Island. I graduated High School in ND and attended a University in RI (Marketing), while serving a couple of years in the US Coast Guard in between. I'm not very career oriented. I don't really associate with people who define themselves by money, materialism, and what they've accomplished in the workforce. I am currently single, after losing the love of my life to a car accident. I am the extremely prideful father of a gorgeous, smart, and totally cool little girl named Leah.I am a lover of music, with a very broad and diversified scope of musical tastes. You may say I'm somewhat of a novice collector of music with a current collection of around 1,000 albums. However, if you had to pin one descriptor of my music tastes on me, it would be that of Metal Head! I cannot live without music and I love to sing (and try to play guitar).I currently choose to spend most of my time raising my young daughter, but also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have 2 younger sisters whom I adore and a younger brother that basically can't stand me because he's lame, j/k (I still loves him nonetheless). I also stay close with my Father and Mother.Besides spending many hours listening to music, and writing lyrical poetry, I'm also an avid Biker. I am a Harley Davidson disciple and I like to spend as much time as possible on my beloved Springer during the riding season. I also love cars, with a particular soft spot for fast stylish American and European cars. When at home I also enjoy watching films and I am basically a certified A/V nut.I am a major fan of the NFL and absolutely bleed Black & Gold (The mighty Pittsburgh Steelers). I enjoy consuming fine Single Malt Scotch and Irish Whiskey, and you might say I am pretty much a party animal at times. I've also recently become infatuated with photography, although I am very novice. All of the pictures you see on my site were taken by me.I also run my own Heavy Metal website called Horns Up International. It's a fan forum that covers all genre's of Heavy Metal and we cover bands from all over the world. Membership is open to English speaking people worldwide. I just started this venture on December 3, 2007. Check it out currently at: hornsupinternational.freeforums.org or you can click one of the HUI banners on this profile. The site is free.Basically I'm your basic nice, easy going, funny guy, with an edge. I'm very trustworthy and I try to trust and be respectful of others, but don't cross me! I don't consider myself part of any one social scene. I am simply myself, a well rounded and intelligent guy. Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. I don't spend much time here, but I am interested in meeting people from other countries and cultures, or maybe local music fans that might be interested in travelling to shows with me. Also, I am always looking for more people to ride with.

I'd like to meet:

Music:

I listen to tons of stuff!!! There is no way I am listing it all, but here is a sample. I own every album from these artists, so this would be the heart of my interests: Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Dream Theater, Symphony X, Nightwish, Tarot, Kamelot, Ayreon, Circus Maximus, Tool, Black Label Society, AC/DC, Van Halen (Roth era), Megadeth, Metallica (not a fan of anything after balck album), Pantera (including all the spinoffs), Sepultura, Testament, Type O Negative, HIM, Ministry, NIN, Faith No More (and everything Mike Patton has been involved with since), Deftones, Shadows Fall, Chimaira, 2Cents, Monster Magnet, Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, CKY, Turbonegro, The Misfits, Danzig, Radiohead, and so many more... but I think you see where I am going. I also am a huge fan of 60's and 70's "outlaw" country like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Charlie Daniels, and David Allan Coe. I really also dig a lot of other stuff like Depeche Mode, The Smiths, The Cure, and Joy Division. Sorry thugs and gangstas... Rap and R&B is not in within my scope of taste.

Movies:

Quentin Tarantino Movies, Super Hero Movies, Westerns, Documentaries, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars, Cult films, Horror films, Comedies (especially Jack Black comedies, and many more.

Television:

NFL network, ESPN, The Speed Channel, VH1 Classic, and Fuse (until the lamefest known as Stevens Untitled Rock Show).

Books:

I honestly haven't read a book in a while. Do the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Harley Davidson parts manual count?

Heroes:

My Dad, John Lennon, Willy Nelson, Ronnie James Dio, and basically anyone who likes Heavy Metal.
