"I have recently discovered a folk artist from Florida, by the name of Purvis Young who has made an immediate impact on my work. Some of my all time favorites include Basquiat, Munch, Degas, Van Gogh, Picasso and De Kooning." Just to name a few.What music do you listen to while you are painting? "Parliment Funkadelic, lots of 70's disco, Sade, Steel Pulse. Also ALOT of Russian POP, after a trip to Ukraine in 2004. Artist include Reflex, Glukoza Nostra, and Jasmine."Do you only create one type of art? Although, I specialize in large scale abstracts, my portfolio follows many catagories of art: Realism, Landscape, Surrealism, Pop art, Abstraction, and Mixed Media.What is your ultimate goal? TO HAVE MY WORK BECOME PART OF THE PERMANENT COLLECTION AT THE LOUVRE.
