About Me

I believe life is about the acquistion and retention of interesting, active and caring people as friends. It is also about keeping active yourself, which makes it more enjoyable. Contining to DO, continuing to LEARN and attempting to understand others for their own sake is a great way to spend your existence! My off-work activities are training for and doing triathlons and other races, as well as rock/wall climbing. I'm a Civil War buff, and enjoy cooking and wines.I am in a GREAT relationship with another MySpace member, and have many friends about whom I care deeply. I've never met a truly bad person (Close-minded people are hard for me to deal with, though), and believe when we give people the space to be themselves we are hugely rewarded by the experience of learning about them.

Didnt Shine, but Survived - an Accomplishment

Well, I dealt with two flats, leaky goggles, and uninspired run, and a GREAT finish.  Scared Kim because I took too long to come in on the bike, but she came out and supported me on the back of t...
