I live everyday with intention. I believe in efficiency. Wasting time is blasphemous! I create: art, music, and friendships. I destroy: anger, envy, and sadness. I practice/train: guitar, drums, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and swimming. My body is my temple. I eat healthy and inhale as much O2 as I can, 'cause I know that one day I wont have that priveledge. I am an unbound, free-spirit. I truly do not know where I will end up in the next few years. Right now, I play guitar with an amazing group of musicians in a band called "AIZEN". Produced by Logan Mader (ex-MACHINE HEAD and SOULFLY) and DIRTY-ICON, this band is turning heads everywhere, and Im glad to be a part of the mayhem!..
