DMO (Donna Marie) has been involved in music from an early age and always knew it was what she would do as a career. She has worked her way through singing in working men’s clubs (just think phoenix nights!!!!! LOL), performing covers versions in pubs with her guitar, playing in a number of bands and now works alongside some of the best DJ/Producers and record labels in the world. Some of her biggest tracks to date have been with the legendary Scott Brown, including the songs I’m in heaven, turn up the music and really need you to name but a few. Donna also co-writes the tracks and records and produces all of her own vocal work
She spent 6 years in higher education learning about the technical side of working in studios passing with a DISTINCTION at college in Music Technology and graduating in 2006 from Huddersfield University gaining a BSC (hons) Music Technology & Audio Systems.
Dance music is not the only genre of music Donna works in. She is currently writing her debut solo pop/rock/folk album and is touring to promote her first EP called 'Paint the sky' which is due out in June. (www.myspace.com/donnamariemusicsite to order online or click on the paypal on this page)
Other projects include new collaborations with more top DJs, a soundtrack for a big budget animated film (in production), music production for websites and jingles, music in the media and computer music publishing.
