Welcome to the official myspace page of Heez On Fire and Heez On Fire Productions (Pronounced "He's On Fire", for those of you not with it...). Born and raised in Columbia, MO, I have been in love with hip-hop almost as far back as I can remember, but the big thing about hip-hop that influenced me was always the music. Isolating instrument patterns, where melodies took a back seat to drum beats. The scratching, the sampling, the build and emphasis always had a way of grabbing my attention. I began producing in 2005, and after graduating from college at Columbia, my career took me to Saint Louis. Here I got to work with the likes of DJ Mahf, The legendary Earthworms crew and the Riverfront Radio family. I recently relocated my studio and home back to Columbia and am currently still working with many of my Columbia-based artists as well as some of Saint Louis' finest talent, so stay tuned!
