We have been away working on art work and everything for the CD for the last month and we got screwed over. so we will have a new date set for the CD release very soon!!!!
Brotherlyn is what some might call a breakthrough in music today. The band was derived from a set of brothers who began to play a new genera of music that they believe reflects the 21st century. The bands idea was to create a unique sound of music that could be listened to by all ages while being able to relate their writing to their fans. “The minute after our first practice ended I had a tactile sense of what we were capable of achieving in the music business. The whole idea was to create a exceptional, distinguished, eloquent sound that would be cemented into the brain of all ages.” Aric Browning the Bass player stated. "We knew we were on the right track when my youngest brother (Zach) had our “Not This Game” song stuck in his head for weeks” Said Bruce Braden the lead guitarist of the band. He also added "It's just a matter of time before the world finds out what were capable of achieving and how much of an impact we can have on people." When asked what their motivation was behind the originating of their music, Aric responded with “So many of us take our loved ones and lives for granted and don’t take the time to realize that as everyday passes by we get closer and closer to dyeing, so we wanted to implement a new concept into the brain through our music that will help make us all love our loved ones for as long as we have them and live our lives as if we never had a chance to make up our mistakes.” Aric then concluded the interview with “From what the band has accomplished thus far, we all believe our music will not only be awe-inspiring but will also be the artery of guiding people through their unexpected lives.”
The band was formed in late February of 2005. Known as The Band of Brothers. After finishing their first 4 song demo, the band put all their effort into getting shows, radio play, and anything to get their name out. As of now the band is working on their first full length CD which is expected to be out as early as spring 07. They all are anxious, enthused and ready to show the world what they believe music is......Life
