The Sickest in the Game

About Me

The world is rotten... and it's only getting worse. Dkaid encompasses every aspect of life. From the happy joyous times, to the moments longed to be forgotten, nothing remains untouched by the decay...

Dkaid began listening to rap music just before the gangster rap war became prevalent in the early 90's. As a teenager, writing rhymes and recording started only as a joke and as a way to pass the time. But easily Dkaid was sucked in. After his friends lost interest, he continued a solo career in his spare moments. After some time, "the rap game" was no longer a game.

The always business minded Dkaid soon jumpstarted County Road Records, based out of eastern Tennessee. A home studio was installed, and the rest is history. The multi-talented Dkaid learned his trade by the common saying "Do-It-Yourself." If mentioned were writing, recording, engineering, and producing, that would only touch the surface. Soon after, audio and merchandise would hit the market.

Boasting a huge discography and experience, it was time to learn the other side of the game; Marketing and Sales. To wet their feet, County Road Records released their first professional release under limited quantities entitled "The Breaking Point". Much knowledge was to be gained, and much WAS gained.

Let him that would move the world first move himself. The future is now. County Road Records is expanding. Take the opportunity to own an album, come out to a show, bootleg the music, read the autobiography, it doesn't matter. Just don't cheat yourself. We are the future.
