Hey everyone! Y'all are going to like this news! According to Variety, Mike is going to be filming a new movie this month, and no, it's not Ye Olde Times yet! In this one he'll be co-starring with Brittany Murphy (Clueless, Don't Say a Word) in a new indie noir thriller titled Across the Hall.
They're going into production next week. The thriller focuses on "a love triangle between a young man, his best friend and his fiancee." Murphy is starring along with Mike Vogel (Cloverfield) and Danny Pino (Cold Case). Director is Alex Merkin. - Ah, exciting! Congrats, Mike!

Rumor has it that Mike has a new project in the works. He is set to play alongside comedian Jack Black ("King Kong," "School of Rock"), Tim Robbins ("Zathura," "Mystic River") and Cary Elwes ("Th Princess Bride," "Saw") in a supposed comedy called Ye Olde Times.
"I'll play this kid who wants to be an actor so badly, he goes off to join a Renaissance Fair to ply his trade. It's funny because everyone there talks in old English even when they're not performing," Mike says. Jack Black adds the premise of the story: "Two rival fairs vying for ownership of all things Middle Ages."
