EXCUSE OUR RECORDINGS, THEY'RE TERRIBLE
The Velvet Tones are a Boltonian 5 piece, who all attend Thornleigh. Most of us being in year 11.
Our sound is fairly original, swaying more towards the indie side of things. But then saying that, we got some totally different songs.
We write about experiences, people we've met, parties and stuff like that.
We have just bought aload of mics and a small mixer, kitted out James' garage with a beer fridge and so are about to delve into recording our first EP which you will hopefully get a copy of. As the recordings we currently have are frankly embarrassing as they were recorded ages ago using free software. Minging.
We are currently gigging as much as we can and are just trying to get ourselves out there abit more.
