About Me

I'm an Independent Artist who designs and creates hemp jewelry, out of my home in the Bay Area. I've been married for over 30 years to a fellow Deadhead, we have three great kids. I learned how to Macrame in the late 60's. The first thing I ever made was a jute plant hanger. I began designing hemp jewelry in high school in the 70's. I started selling my jewelry in local head shops & currently have an online hemp jewelry shop.

*My family is the single most important thing in my life.

*I enjoy working in my yard & garden.

*I Love Cats! I currently have two: Katmandu & Dusty. Katmandu is a calico & only likes men "unsure why?" Dusty is a male tabby & thinks he's a dog "comes when you call his name." My very favorite cat was my very first one. She was a calico named Hucca.

*I actually went to Cosmetology College in the 70's. I worked for several years as a hairdresser before my kids were born. Did you know that if you cut your hair when there is a full moon, that your hair grows faster? That's what I was told.....old wives' tale...I'm not sure?
