My name is Charlene and I'm a Mayer-aholic. Anyone know of a 12-step group nearby?
What John Mayer Expression Are You?
One of John's more infamous expressions, you tend to amuse the hell out of everyone. Talented and ever devoted to music, you don't care how dorky you look just as long as the songs sound good.

People who aren't afraid to put themselves out there in the middle of the madness without thinking twice. You may get laughed at, or even ignored, but at least you've gotten off your ass and danced. You may never know the positive influence you brought to someone just be being yourself. Whom I'd like to specifically meet: John Mayer. If you're not familiar, go get yourself some NOW. His music has affected my life in ways that words can't begin to explain. My newest addiction: Some Buble because he's so adorable, oh, and he sings great, too! A great rock band, plain and simple. Can't leave off the band that started both my obsession with music and helped me land my husband....I swear that's a true statement. We got together because of Van Halen. There were several Roth/Hagar discussions along the way, but it boils down to the fact the VH was one of the best rock bands EVER. The message of this song is just as powerful today as it was the first time I heard it.
Grew up on Eighties Top 40 and as cheesy as I now know it is, it was the soundtrack of my youth and will always bring back memories. Here are a few of the artists/bands I have enjoyed for a while: John Mayer, Michael Buble, Van Halen (with any singer), James Taylor, 3 Doors Down, too many to list...but I go in cycles with music and tend to listen to the same artist for more than a month at a time.
Office Space "Friday is Hawaiian shirt day", 10 things I Hate about You "quivering member", Better off Dead "it's a .... shame when folks be throwin' away a perfectly good white boy" are a few of my favorites that alway lift my spirits.
Can't even begin...I'm a junkie
Also a junkie....
I'm not a big believer in heroes, because at the end of the day we are all flawed. That said, I do admire people who are able to set and follow their own moral compass; it's a lot harder than it may seem. I may not agree with a point of view, but I can appreciate where it comes from if there's some semblance of logical reasoning behind it.There is nothing like this man with a guitar...NOTHING.The lips get me every time... The eyes aren't bad either
