A FEW REVIEWS
"Fifth band to play were Aura, who had a brilliant performance, best I have seen from them, sounding tight, melodic and the vocals sounded amazing, the intricate guitar work was wonderful to watch and listen to, as they rampaged through their set, playing fast paced rock music, although there were some more mellow tracks, but I got the impression that it went over the heads of the young crowd amassed, but the band went down well with the Phoenix crowd"

"Longstanding rockikes 'Aura' have embelished the local music scene with their catchy tunes and well kept stage manor for a respectable while, building up a strong positive sound in the process. Check out their song 'Discarded' if you need any more proof that they are worth being checked out."

"...First on stage and running Quarantine a very close second, were Aura. They looked brilliant, and sounded better, kicking off the night with a sensational wall-of-sound instrumental that set the place alight. This was definitely the high point of their night, and throughout the set the band was at it's best when Phill Gwyer (guitar/vocals), Ben Brown (guitar), and Rick Mckee (bass) really leant back and rocked. There were two great crescendos in "Please ReFrame" and "Discarded", which was the end piece of a really great show. Great stuff..."
