SAVINA rose to the decks of Venezuela in the late 1990s, where she began rocking small parties with her original compositions performed live with hardware synths. From there was born her first project, DarkOhm – a 6-year psystomp collaboration between Savina and Biosampler, producing tracks that have since been released on D-A-R-K Records (V/A Twisted Flavors), as well as free MP3 and WAV compilations.As a party organizer, Savina is part of the Psykomunity team (www.psykom.es.mn), a group dedicated to developing the local Venezuelan psytrance scene. She is also the South American representative of the 6362MetaForce collective, promoting theyr worldwide mission of liberating pure hearts through complex beats.Savina’s solo project called " Yara" was born in March 2007, and promises to bring a more mystic flavour to her full-power dark sounds.
