About Me

.. BAPHOMET ENGINE (Brazil)
The brazilian psychedelic trance duo formed by Luiz Fernando Secchinatto (also known as Louis aka Psyhamaa) and Fábio Aurelio S. Japiassu.
Fábio & Louis are working together since 2003, they played on many dancefloors around the world including Japan, Europe, Central and South America. From 2004 to 2007 they had regularity bookings on Brazilian PsyTrance Circuit for most important party organizers and festivals of the Brazilian Scene.
Baphomet Engine music figured on compilations of several labels of the World, they released one split album with the french producer Raphael aka Datakult by Nabi Records and their debut Album by the Asian label Manic Dragon.
Nowadays Louis and Fábio are mixing their time with the tours and music productions. Working on their solo projects and on second Baphomet Engine album.

Band Members: Luiz Fernando Secchinatto was born in 1980 in Ribeirão Preto, SP (Brazil). Came from a middle / high class Brazilian and Italian family became a Keyboard, Piano and Bass student since his childhood. In 1997 moved to U.S.A. with a friend and guitar player from his first Punk Rock band, there discovered the eletronic music and started collects music of this style and in 1999 when he came back to Brazil started play as DJ.

Fábio Aurelio S. Japiassu was born in Goiânia, GO (Brazil). Got inside music with his old brother and played on lot of local bands of Heavy and Trash Metal on 90´s year. Discovered the eletronic music in 2002 and learned computer music production with his old brother, Thiago André. In 2003 when he met Louis, he decided move from Metal bands to the Psytrance.
