About Me

I'm against picketing, but I don't know how to show it.I love entertainment, especially music, movies and stand-up comedy. Music and comedy are significant because they bring people together and generate cultural discussions. Not to mention, they're a great way to cope with this system, which is so diabolically political.I work full-time as the night jock on Electric 102.7 and play percussion locally on the side. I play every Tuesday and Sunday night at the Empty Glass with The Spurgie Hankins Band. Come join us, and please check out our MySpace. I also play with Head Salad and anyone else who'll let me sit in.Sometimes, when my girlfriend and I have conversations, I lose focus on listening because she's so damn pretty. She insists, though, that it's because sometimes listening is just tough to do, which is also true.I keep a melody and a beat in my head to keep myself entertained and I try to stay off my cell phone as much as possible. I love movies, good beer, and good company.Enough about me.

My Interests

People who never hesitate to be themselves, Music, Movies, Food, Dancing, Rhyme Schemes, Story Telling, Nature, Nostalgia.

I'd like to meet:

Music:

WV locals, from the old school the the new school--Moe, Head Salad, The Carpenter Ants, Bob Thompson, Spurgie Hankins Band, Noizebox, Mike Pushkin, The Greens,MEUWL, B-Rude, Aristotle and the Excellent Lovers, ZEN, Voodoo Katz. Then we got Sublime, Marley, CASH, Bedouin Soundclash, Robert Randolph, Taj Mahall, Dub is a Weapon, Wu-Tang Clan, Jurassic 5, The Roots, NOFX, Pennywise, Operation Ivy, YSMB, HBRSB, Steve Kimmock, String Cheese, Govt. Little Miss Sunshine, Coen Bros Films, especially The Big Lebowski. Tarantino films. Tim Burton films. You get me...I like interesting and provocative stuff. I just respect the art of film making. And we need another film from Guy Ritchie. Aparently, Madona keeps his testicles in a mason jar under the sink.

Television:

Comedy Central, Discovery Channel and some sports. I must admit that I also enjoy the mindless VH1 and E! nostalgia programming (guilty pleasure). I really don't watch much TV anymore.
