I began performing at the ripe old age of 2 when I was entered into the Suzuki Strings Music piano program. Having difficulty finding middle c motivated my desire by 3 to change instruments. Thus I began playing violin and did so for 20 plus years. That same year I entered dance and children's theatre and I was off and tapping in this performers life that I love so very much. Early in life I was involved in an almost fatal car accident that threw me thru a windshield at one point as a result I did in fact die. Momentarily that iz and then it was discovered that I had a terminal form of brain cancer. Thus I carry a battle scar that spans the top of my skull to the base of my neck. Go figure why I truly respect life & the possibilities that it offers. In the midst of all of this I was invited to Detroit to record my demo at Motown studios. In addition at the time I had a gig modeling for the Tennessee tourist bureau What a rush! No, to date I am still not signed to a label but I still have this kick ass voice and I also understand the virtue of patience. I respect passion, intensity and beauty. I would never even consider the possibility of doing something other than performing I judge it to be blasphemy. Luther Vandross once admitted that were he not a singer he would have been an interior designer. I too share this talent.But REALLY picture me not on stage! If all the worlds a stage then give me the
world. I suppose that would be enuf. My life has come full circle because once again I have laid down the violin and am currently learning the piano again as I prepare my repetoire to sing on a cruise line. I owe LIFE a standing ovation and the only way I know how to deliver it is from the stage!
