I am Private Tony Lee Jenkins of the United States Army. Next week I will be shipping out to Fort Sill, Oklahoma for OSUT (One Station Unit Training) meaning my basic training and job (MOS) training will be done back to back. After everything I have gone through to enlist in the U.S Army emotionally, mentally and physically, I have nothing in mind than to become the best Soldier I can, and become someone and something my friends and family can be proud of; A Soldier proud to serve his country. I have nothing left to lose and everything to gain, so expect me to come out being one of the best Soldiers you may ever lay your eyes upon. I am Army Strong. HOOAH!!!

My Interests

My interests have come down to a small list of boxing, polar bears, the military, girls of course, history and historical figures, and now so more than ever my personal path of discovery towards finding out what it means to serve your country. I only want to become the best Soldier I can.

I'd like to meet:

I thought I had met my soulmate. Maybe I did, and it just wasn't meant to happen. At least not yet, or maybe ever. Other than that I'll just meet anyone that I will over these next few years.

Music:

Few bands of note... Misfits, Rammstein, Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Ramones, Blind Guardian, Amon Amarth, Manowar, Demons and Wizards. My soul most calls out for classical and harmonious music that soothes the soul.

Movies:

Any good film that I enjoy. The Crow, Ginger Snaps, Highlander, Conan the Barbarian, First Blood, Rocky, Interview with the Vampire, The Punisher (both)... There are several.

Television:

I don't have much use for it. Stargate SG-1 is over, I don't watch wrestling much anymore, and... I never really watched TV in general. I do like The Waltons though, for its old fashioned family values.

Books:

Oh man... I have a personal library. I think that covers that.

Heroes:

I have become my own hero for standing strong and finally getting the things accomplished that I wanted to. Further, for being strong when I most need to be and not breaking down even when suffering losses in my hours of need.
