Ry Knott Moved to Ottawa at a young age. In his 20s, from a middle-class suburban family, he has a media background, including radio and acting.A reputation for being bold and speaking his mind, he has an affinity, a juxtaposition between good and bad, like the lyrics from the song entitled: “Destination†- “When I’m good I’m very good, but when I’m bad I’m betterâ€. Said song has a “lost†feel to it, where the listener gets the sense of Ry Knott’s delirium in the world that has been laid out before him.His writing motivations are political, and mostly emotionally driven. He torments himself with the “Age of Idealsâ€, where he explores the ideas of what could be, and how mankind’s ideologies do not always function in our society. Ry Knott also explores the importance, to some people, of their “Urgency for Currencyâ€. The simplistic beauty shall prevail, and the visage of a starving artist appears, but in that visage lays his contentment with his state.
