About Me

Friday Street formed in the summer of 2006, with the founding members; Liam Hayward and Kev Thompson. Heavily influenced by ska, and the lyrical style of bands such as The Jam, Squeeze, The Kinks and The Clash, Liam and Kev started to write and play. Friday Street are currently recording a demo, including tracks such as Latoyas Eyes, Lazy and This Town (for those of you that have attended the bands regular open mic nights in Derby).
