I’m just another musician from Seattle. Home of Quincy Jones, Kurt Cobain and Kyle Townsend (I know, that’s quite a stretch). Piano may be my first love. I was teaching myself Chopin at 7. I breathe in my experiences, and I exhale melodies. It’s not uncommon that I hear chords that give me butterflies, melodies that give me goosebumps, and songs so good that they just give me headaches. As a kid, I watched TV not for the shows (I hated the shows), but for the theme songs! I wonder why theme songs from the 80’s were so sad. MASH, Taxi (was the Odd Couple from the 80’s?) It was depressing and beautiful all at once. And for a show titled "Cheers", the title song sure did make you want to jump off a building! Maybe you’ve heard me before; Diddy’s Making The Band 4, Americas Best Dance Crew, America’s Next Top Model, etc, etc. I once heard a doorbell ring and wrote a track inspired by the tune it rang. You might have heard that one during the 2007 MTV Music Awards. I’ve worked with a few Grammy Award winners, but haven’t won any myself. Too bad really, that’s a sweet looking trophy. I was once working on a 2Pac record with Interscope when I stopped for a moment and realized “I’m working on a 2 Pac record!†Love those moments. Jagged Edge, Bad Boy, GUNIT, Ruff Ryders, my music keeps me pretty busy. I’ve had this page for a while now, but I have yet to fully embrace Myspace. Just seems so trendy. I think 20 years from now we will say the same thing about Myspace pages that we do about Rubik's Cubes: “Remember those? Everybody had one of those!†Or I could be completely wrong. Wouldn’t be the first time, so here I am. I work harder than I play. Everybody tells me I shouldn't do that, but I love what I do. I love being in the studio. I go into a creative zone, I can feel it physically. Love it so much, I'd do it for free (just don't tell my clients that). Going to start traveling soon. First Greece, then I think I'm going to Japan after that. That's going to be amazing. I love to live. I take my time, take chances, and don’t take no for an answer (even when you think I have). I leave all my cards on the table because once you’ve left the table…the cards are worthless anyway.
