Midnight Madness Audience Pic of the Week:
"the kids" having a blast! This could be you!
Fun Stuff:
Back in 1999, some Northwestern University students started a documentary project on Midnight Madness. We think it's pretty hilarious that it was about "Rocky Horror: A Dying Subculture," but it's done very well. Here it is.
In 1989, Midnight Madness threw a convention here in Chicago at the 400 Theatre (now known as the Village North) and we invited Richard O'Brien to come and be the guest of honor. At this convention, he debuted the Transylvanian Oath and Anthem. The one you hear at the beginning of every Midnight Madness show and at the beginning of Rocky shows all over the world. That's right, it all started here, in Chicago with Midnight Madness. We are proud to bring you that moment in Rocky history here on Myspace. Enjoy!
Last October, on the Friday before Halloween, Jeff, Strawberry and Chris appeared on the Full on Friday show on WLUW 88.7 here in Chicago. Here's the recording:
