About Me

Some three or ten years ago two friends from differing socio-economic backgrounds argue over a light switch and where the real humour in Seinfeld actually is.
Jeremy, a well to do boy from an upper middle class family, lacked the strength in his conviction to continue not seeing the humour in Kramer’s dressing of Frank Costanza in modified women’s under garments. He preferred to psycho analyse the behaviour of Mr Peterman just prior to his ill-fated trip to Burma.
Jason, a slightly troubled soul with a thirst for answers, like why do ants smell when you squash them, would not buckle, instead he convinced his fellow debater to not only see the funny side of the Bro-siere but to actually wear one for the next three weeks.
Like most pursuits of a slightly frivolous nature the cross dressing failed to survive long enough to be called a phase. Jeremy learned to feel comfortable in the presence of his convoluted friend and Jason learned not to offer up too much for Jeremy to think about.
The relationship would long not require the writing of words on a page to describe its conception, but as sure as you are reading this now it soon became clear that the friendship was headed towards a collaboration of minds, with a view to create musical pieces to change the fabric of what they perceived to be the morally reprehensible state of popular music.
Jeremy showed a lot of potential at school but ultimately preferred the solace he found in hiding in the bushes as he tried to spy on his next-door neighbour as she changed in her bedroom.
Jason, a slightly troubled soul trying to change the world before it suffocated him while he tried to trick out his BMX with old skateboard wheels.
With the Film School student, Jason boldly trying to find new ways to capture the organic sonic nature of large women berating their bratty kids in supermarkets and Jeremy’s new found clarity after years of mind abuse. They were able to find the time each week to disagree enough to finally produce a body of work that will stand the test of time until they get their watches fixed.
While their journeys into adulthood were leading them on paths not likely to cross, much less spend way too much time in each others company trying to figure out if this bass line is really what the song needs. They would indeed spend countless hours in the pursuit of this and many other musical endeavours.
A mix of observational lyrics and a sonic aesthetic, which aims to capture moments and twist and contort till unrecognisable, they have managed to forge a sound and are taking it to the people.
