I have been writing and playing music since the age of 3 when I picked up my first guitar my father brought me. I also sang and danced. I was the lead singer for the Rock Band, "Red And Blue". By 1983 I had my first record recorded and put out two versions of the LP called, "Diamonds In My Backyard For DL-Wedding Text I" by Yankee Rose my music nickname and band name. We also put out the version with my planet Earth name Deborah. I recorded with Justin Tyme, Clay Muyers, and more songs such as "Diamonds In My Backyard", "Angel", "I Am The Jungle Rock Queen", "Rock N Roll For the Bucks", "Roqusody of Love-Will You Marry Me Part I", and others.After changes, setbacks I wanted to shine right out the darkness someone had put me through, the greed and deceit he displayed, and the violence I endured . I did and we recorded four albums with changes to musicians, did shows, opened for the Drifters (Under The Boardwalk, Spanish Harlem, and others), and a received some really groovy write ups including Heavy Rock Magazine right next to Jimi Hendrix and Iron Maiden.I did movies, television, radio, interviews and a rock documentary of my life.
