and is pursuing a career in the performing arts/entertainment industry.She is passionate about acting, singing and dancing however has not been trained at dance, but has a natural gift for the art. She has attended various classes in Salsa and Street style, and continues to practice at Salsa clubs. She likes to keep fit by taking part in all sorts of sports including tennis, football and cricket.She practiced Shotokan Karate for a numerous amount of time and gained her black belt 1st Dan at the mere age of 16. She took part in The London Heathrow Youth Games, two years in a row and won silver and bronze medals in kumite.She entered the Pantene Pro V competition in 2000, who's aim was to find the one young woman to model and represent Pantene hair products in 2000. She became 1 of the ten runners up in London amongst 100 young ladies.Through her deep passion of music and singing, she has written, produced and performed her own songs. In 2002 She was the lead vocalist of a band called AFTERSHOCK, where she gained experience on stage and developed her musical awareness and style. The band performed funky, acoustic, rock style songs, at famous London venues such as 'The Bull and Gate' and 'The Dublin Castle.'She has been in many live productions on stage, such as Grease, Tantalus, Oh What a Lovely War and a Talent showcase at Her Majesty's Theatre London, just to name a few. She also sings at functions such as weddings and christenings, and whenever an oportunity arises. Recently she acted in major films Breaking and Entering with Jude Law directed by Anthony Minghella and Driving Lessons, directed by Jeremy Brock. Both which have been on the big screen.She graduated in Theatre and Peforming Arts in the summer of 2005 and was awarded with second division, upper class honours, grade 2:1.In summer 2006 she auditioned for the X Factor in London and then again in Manchester amongst 20,000 people.
