The Shawshank Redemption, Jaws, Serenity, V for Vendetta, Love Actually, Raiders of the Lost Ark, the original Star Wars trilogy (HATE the new one)... almost anything directed by Steven Spielberg NOT starring Tom Cruise, EVERYTHING directed by Tim Burton (especially if it stars Johnny Depp) and really good horror - of which there is little about nowadays :(
Television:
Firefly (How could Fox do what they did? How?), House, Scrubs, Futurama, Dr Who, NCIS... and because Peanut (my daughter) is in control of the TV during the day - Dora the Explorer, Blue's Clues, Hi-5, Thomas the Tank Engine and Oswald (now there is a truly weird show... an octopus in a bowler? Hmmmm. In the words of Zap Branigan "Somebody smoke some bad granola"
