About Me

I am a musician, composer and producer, based sice some time in London. I play drums, percussions, and several other instruments. Towards the end of my Art school course I started as a jazz drummer at 17 attending Berklee summer courses and joining a local school of music. After some experience with a big band and some projects with people of the jazz avant-garde scene, in the 1991 I entered the classical school of music in order to study classical percussions ( timpani, marimba, vibraphone, and all the other friends ), piano, etc..After the degree completion in 1997 and some activity with classical orchestras and contemporary percussion ensembles I decided to expand the musical horizons exploring african, brazilian and cuban drumming, travelling and at the same time beginning to dig composition, orchestral arrangement and electronic music. With the spirit of a researcher in a musical heritage scattered whitin global roots, my own productions are the result of a cultural and musical cross-over without limitation of style and prejudices.
