..
The illustrious beginnings of Event Horizon formed when a previous band, Something Blue, left brothers, Nick and Ryan Roosen, without a release for their musical talents. EH was unofficially formed in the winter of 2003 when Dana Roosen and Matt Miller joined Nick and Ryan in their harmonious endeavors. In the spring of 2004, Alex Schlump joined the group, making the final lineup complete. Working on a list of already established songs, EH independently released a full-length album, String Theory, in March of 2005. Struggling to make a name for themselves, EH played many shows in the surrounding Detroit area. In the end of July 2006, the six song EP Point of No Return was released after recording in East Point, MI with The Audio Café. EH continued playing shows at the local spots where they were noticed by M.A.M.A. Productions. With the chance to prove themselves for their final destination, whatever it may be, EH will not disappoint. Until then…
