Music, movies, baseball, reading, writing, anime, manga, non-Christian religions, travel, coffee, cooking, languages (chiefly, Japanese, Italian and Gaelic/Celtic... oh! And the multiple forms of Elvish because I'm a nerd who doesn't speak a word of any of them, but really wants to), cheese, plays, peeps, and the almighty Legend of Zelda
The Dalai Lama, John Lennon, Jeff Buckley, God(dess), the moon, Muse (Matthew Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme, and Dominic Howard), Will Wright, Edward Norton, Christian Bale, Orlando Bloom in one of those one-on-one sit down type of meetings, Johnny Depp, Ichigo Kurosaki and Fitzwilliam Darcy. Oh! And Bob Ross, even though he lies to me when he says I can paint like he can. Pfft. You've never seen me paint, Bob. You don't know just how bad it'd be.
I lurve it all! Okay, not all. I lurve it most! If it's rock, it's good. As long as I can understand what the fuck the people are saying. And as long as it's not Blondie. Or the Stones. Or Rush. It's extra-specially good if it's the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Muse, Jeff Buckley, Coldplay, Green Day, Fozzy, Tool and tons of others that I just don't care to list right now. All you need to know is that I am a rock chick, god damn it. ROCK CHICK. And don't you forget it!
Lord of the Rings, American History X, Fight Club, Pirates of the Caribbean, Moulin Rouge, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice (the 1995 BBC mini-series, although I do own and find the 2005 theatrical release satisfyingly amusing), Princess Bride, Labyrinth, Ned Kelly, Requiem for a Dream, Dream for an Insomniac, Garden State, Finding Neverland, Big Fish, Emma, Elizabeth, Love Actually, Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, Wit, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, Angels in America, Heavenly Creatures, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Sin City, Ocean's Eleven, Se7en, Disney's Robin Hood, Capote, A History of Violence, Good Night and Good Luck, The Ice Harvest, Brokeback Mountain, Girl with a Pearl Earring, Gladiator, Crash, Proof. I do not like Japanese porn. It's way too fucking weird. And I don't like the Harry Potter movies. Except for Azkaban and especially not Goblet of Fire, which I thought sucked more than any of the previous releases. (Can anyone say "boring" and/or "oh my god has it only been an hour?" C'mon. When the best thing about a movie is the simple fact that two brilliant actors are appearing on screen at the same time, you know something is amiss.) The rest can light themselves on fire and I'll happily roast marshmallows in the flames. (Smores for all!) I've never seen Star Wars and I don't care to. Shut up and leave me alone.
Scrubs, Iron Chef, InuYasha, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Bleach, Family Guy, Futurama, Saturday Night Live, Good Eats, Joy of Painting, Changing Rooms, Coupling (UK), The Office (UK), Friends, Extras, Psych, Cubs baseball, Inside the Actors Studio,Celebrity Poker Showdown, Will and Grace, Due South, Project Runway
The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, DragonLance, Jane Austen novels (Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, etc), A Tale of Two Cities, Anne of Green Gables series, InuYasha, Bleach, Fushigi Yugi, Ceres, W Juliet, I'm Just Here for the Food, Hamlet, Rosencrants and Guildenstern are Dead, Angels in America... I need to read more novels that aren't of the graphic nature. So right now, I'm reading: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Persuasion .
This section was pissing me off. Way too much typing in here. I'll figure something out with this one later, but for now I leave you with two words: Gobo Fraggle.
