"I Forgot The Plan"
Chris & The Other Girls zählen ohne Zweifel zu den besten österreichischen Gitarrenpop-Bands. Mit "I Forgot The Plan" ist ihnen nicht nur ein Wahnsinns-Ohrwurm gelungen, sondern auch ein spannendes "Parcours"-Video, das eine romantische Kurzgeschichte erzählt.
Muse - "Knights Of Cydonia"
Nicht nur, dass den Britrockern mit "Knights Of Cydonia" wieder ein meisterlicher Song gelungen ist, auch das Video dazu ist ein wahres Highlight im Musikvideo-Universum. Ein filmisches Kleinod, das Eastern mit Western mit Fantasy mit Sci-Fi kombiniert.
Tenacious D - "Tribute"
"Tribute" zählt ohne Zweifel zu den amüsantesten Musikvideos, die Jack Black mit seiner Band Tenacious D gemacht hat. Ein Highlight ist vor allem der Gast-Auftritt von Dave Grohl als Devil himself.
Röyksopp - "Eple"
Das hochkreative Video des norwegischen Elektro-Duos Röyksopp sollte man auf jeden Fall gesehen haben. Hier hat sich der Director mehr als einiges überlegt.
Ok Go - "A Million Ways"
Eine einstudierte Choreographie, den Garten einer Bekannten, eine Kamera und eine Videokasette - Kostenpunkt: 4,99$. Mehr hat das Indierock- Quartett Ok Go nicht gebraucht um eines der amüsantesten Musikvideos überhaupt zu schaffen.
Arctic Monkeys - "View From The Afternoon"
Die UK-Überflieger Arctic Monkeys beweisen mit diesem Video, dass man allein mit einem Schlagzeuger in der Hauptrolle eine mitreißende Geschichte erzählen kann.
Foo Fighters - "Learn To Fly"
Die Foo Fighter stehen nicht nur für genialen Rock-Sound sondern auch, wie man vor allem hier sieht, für hochgradig amüsante Videos. Hier spielt Dave Grohl diverse Rollen in einem Flugzeug, und es gibt einen Gast-Auftritt von Jack Black.
