In early 2003, easteighteen released a five-song EP, Anathema, and
embarked on a six-week West Coast tour playing venues in major cities
including Los Angeles, Seattle, and Las Vegas, selling thousands of
albums along the way. In 2005, easteighteen recorded a new, full-length
album, in the event that you're right, produced by Tom Tatman (producer for
Stone Sour/Corey Taylor of Slipknot fame). The album helped secure a
Budweiser True Music sponsorship as well as a distribution deal with
retail chain Hot Topic. Two songs from the album became the most
requested on XM radio’s Unsigned Network, while others are being spun on
numerous college stations spanning from the Midwest to California.
Sharing the stage with national acts such as Hinder, Buckcherry, Hurt, Drowning Pool, Black Stone Cherry, and others, easteighteen continues to captivate fans across the United States.
