About Me

Thanks for checking out my page. Besides this page, I also have a page at www.myspace.com/shaunasstreetteam, where I assist Shauna O'Donnell in promoting independent bands and their music through our bulletins, calendar and other stuff. Please check it out.As for me, I'm married with two great sons who provide much joy in my life. I basically golf, play softball, coach their baseball teams, go see bands in smaller clubs and have fun living life to the fullest! If you are a friend of mine from the past or present, please feel free to add either page or at least drop me a line to tell me how you are doing!

My Interests

Fantasy Football, autograph and game-used memorabilia collecting, slow pitch softball, playing any kind of cards from euchre to Texas Hold'em, any sports, video games with my kids, beer tasting, golf up north at the cabin, jamming to my ipod, heavy metal and 80's hair band music, playing and coaching sports with my boys, playing trivia games with my wife and anything else that is fun.

I'd like to meet:

Geez... this should be more like - who haven't I met! I've had the luxury to meet many athletes, TV stars and other personalities in my pursuits. In sports, I've met my childhood football idol, Jack Lambert, and got a photo taken with him (as well as two personalized). I've also had a chance to meet classy athletes like Joe Namath, Dan Marino, John Elway, Barry Sanders, and numerous other Steelers. If I had a chance to meet someone - it would definitely have to be Bill Cowher or George Brett. While I have their signatures in my collection, I've never had a chance to personally meet either one of them. Of course, I would love to meet Jennifer Garner, Teri Hatcher and a few other actresses in my top 10.

Music:

>

ANY BANNER I HAVE ON THIS SITE I LIKE A LOT - CHECK THEM OUT!!! Theory Of A Deadman, Pop Evil, Sevendust, Mudvayne, Disturbed, Egypt Central, Saving Abel, Linkin Park, Pantera, No Justus, Dismantle, Ray Street Park, Judas Priest, old Metallica, Black Label Society, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Mr. Big, Dangerous Toys, Britny Fox, Dokken, Cinderella, G'N'R, Poison, Warrant, Jimmy Buffett, LA Guns, and basically any decent metal or hair band known to mankind including the wonderful stuff known as Monster Ballads. I would like to thank CVHS football for making me see the metal light!

Movies:

Animal House, Dude Where's My Car, Road Trip, American Pies, all Star Wars movies, Matrix movies, Steven Seagal movies, Die Hards, Indiana Jones, anything of that genre and I have seen it numerous times.

Television:

What don't I watch on TV - I miss Jennifer Garner on Alias as that's gone. Hell's Kitchen and Rescue Me have started up just in time for summer. EXCELLENT! Can't wait for 24 next season. The Office is awesome. Heck, I watch TV all of the time. That's why my cable bill is so high. Nothing like Showtime and Cinemax though. All Star Wars, Lethal Weapon, Beverly Hills Cop, Steven Seagal, or any other type of action movie. BUT my favorite movie of all time is ANIMAL HOUSE. Best ever and nothing will ever compare to that movie.

Books:

Like reading on my lunch hour as I have Daniel Negreanu's book and The Dante Club in my crosshairs for right now. I also am a subscriber to Sports Collectors Digest and ESPN The Magazine as I like to keep up with sports and collectibles. For some reason, I enjoyed The Hardy Boys mysteries when I was a kid. Have all the hard cover versions!

Heroes:

My grandparents were my heroes because they always made me feel special and taught me how to treat people with respect. That alone will make them very special to me for the rest of my life and I hope I can pass that onto my children.
