stuff. that's pretty much it. i'm into whatever, wherever. chilling with my buddies, gettin my drunk on lol. i watch movies all the damn time. i am a movie junkie, as in i almost get the shakes without a movie a day. it's also a rare thing to se me without some form of music around me at all times. yeah, even if i have to provide it myself. i read, i write for a somewhat living sometimes. work for japanese people doing... things. um, yeah. anyway, besides that i'm trying to get started traveling.
i'd like to meet edward norton, bruce willis, brad pitt and johnny depp for actors. kate hudson, angelina jolie, the girl who played princess amidala and a few others. hmm. i'd love to meet system of a down. i could think of a lot more, but whatever. those are the people i'd like to meet, but doubt i will. basically what i'm trying to get out of this is a chance to meet new friends and keep in touch with old ones. i swear ta whatever, ah'll luv ya darlin' if ya keep me occupied. tha's a promise.
system of a down kicks ass. primus is good and their bassist is either god or an alien. sepultura, pantera, soilwork, radiohead, stabbing westward, SUBLIME. way too many to put down here, but mostly it's all good to me except for most rap and almost all country. sorry! s'just how i feel.
way too many good movies out there. anything with edward norton is boss. same for johnny depp and brad pit. samuel l. jackson is good. that other guy too. you know, john Q. angelina jolie is a goddess. fight club's gotta be one of my favorite movies. a good mindfuck is my favorite thing in a movie. anything i can't anticipate or that makes me think. pi is a good example. i'm definitely partial to an anime thrown in for spice. japanese people are crazy in the most awesome way.
tv is the devil. it's like smoking. i do it, but i hate it. total realworld junkie. scifi channel has some good stuff. comedy central and cartoon network too.
books are good. they're an escape into someone else's or no one's reality. i, robot was a great book. anything by raymond e. feist or robert jordan is boss. R. A. salvatore does some good writing, too. kaspian lost is probably my favorite book.
this world doesn't make heroes anymore. that's pretty much all i can say 'bout that. there really aren't any great men and women of our time. the only people we look up to are the people that keep us entertained. even the soldiers of our country. our military is handled in such a way that it becomes almost impossible to distinguish yourself. they shouldn't even be there in the first place.. i'll tell you right now that i considered "extinguishing" the commander in chief after the second "election," and going off to canada, but i'm just too lazy. i just find it frickin' hilarious that he got away with the same exact thing in both elections, all he did was switch states. anyway, a hero is someone who does something a normal, run of the mill person can't do. traditionally he dies in the process, but it's not required. that can't happen in a country, or a damn world, where anyone moving out of the herd is an outcast. argh... i'm gonna go rant on my blog. this isn't the place.
