A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Keisha graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Law in 2004. Ms. Perry is a transactional attorney licensed to practice in Georgia.
Ms. Perry launched The Perry Law Group, LLC (PLG) in June 2005 as a boutique transactional practice. The Firm provides services in the areas of Corporate, Entertainment, and Real Estate Law. PLG offers a wide range of services in the transactional area of law including contract formulation, interpretation, and negotiation, entity formations, and legal consultation. The Firm provides its clients with efficient, affordable, and in-depth legal advice to assist them in creating opportunities in their respective industries. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, where new trends and standards are being set for the entertainment industry, PLG is in the heart of one of the major marketplaces for entertainment. This includes drafting start-up documents, completing federal and state licensing requirements, employment agreements, partnership agreements, etc. The Firm€™s Real Estate Practice currently focuses on Residential Re-finance closings. The Firm is currently expanding into the areas of traditional Residential Real Estate closings and Commercial Real Estate closings. The full-service Real Estate closing department of the firm is scheduled to launch in March 2007.
