After a whole bunch of line-up changes Green Street was officially born September 2006 and ready to rock, with Duketown (Den Bosch, NL) as their base of operations.
Four people with a shared love for hardcore are putting a lot of blood, sweat and tears in writing diverse hardcore(punk) songs for the wild at heart, hoping to put a little of the core back into duketown and restoring a piece of the glorious hardcore days duketown once knew.
We just started and it’s gonna be a long way getting where we want to be, but if we never get there at least we’ll go out fighting, never compromising on the content of what we believe in and what we want to carry out with our music.
We live in a world full of hate, but life ain’t all things bad. Sometimes you have to forget about all the shit that surrounds you and enjoy the few things in life which make it worth waking up in the morning and get through another day.
That’s why we’ll bring you raw aggressive hardcore and try to smile every once in a while as well…
