I enjoy reading books that teach me something! I also enjoy faux finishing and re-modeling. I love working out. I am not a big cardio fan but I do love weight training because every time it is a challenge against myself and I love a challenge! I enjoy going to comedy clubs and out to dinner with friends. Great conversation. Dancing. Movies. All of those things and more! Still learning new things to love and scuba diving is on the agenda. Bodybuilding is obviously a big part of my life since I compete in Figure and work with bodybuilders to get them ready to compete. I am a nutritionist and radio talk show co-host (www.eatingmanagement.com) I am extremely happy and fortunate to have chosen a profession that helps others to achieve goals that many never dreamed would be possible. Nothing makes me happier than the smile on my clients' faces! I also compete as a national level figure competitor in the NPC.I have two teenage children that currently live with their father in Dallas and they are the light of my life! Their father and I are currently and always will be good friends--no drama. We are a very affectionate family and I am so proud of my kids for being as insightful, responsible and successful as I had dreamed for them.I am an animal lover and have been told that my gentle spirit is what attracts animals to me when they shy away from others. I used to own a horse ranch with over 80 horses just outside of Dallas and to this day have a passion for those gentle giants. I have owned and cared for everything from your typical dogs and cats to horses, goats and pot belly pigs to Koi fish and a chinchilla. Right now, it is just me and my two SPCA kitties. I am relatively new to Houston--just 2 years. I want to broaden my social circle with as many new quality friends as possible.My ultimate dream: I visualize myself in front of a fireplace in a beautiful cabin surrounded by trees next to to a crystal blue lake and glorious snow-capped mountains. Just outside the window, about 100 feet away, there is a mother deer and her baby looking back at me with peaceful looks on their faces. My dogs join me in my overstuffed chair and snuggle up close. One starts to snore and, of course, I smile. All is right with the world.
