I'm the Talent Director for Starcast Productions, Inc. It is my job to find fresh new talented singers or models to put into our online talent contests. We hold auditions all around the U.S. and videotape each contestant, professionally edit the tapes and put them up on starcast.com for all the world to see and vote on. We give the person with the most votes after 6 weeks a check for $10,000.
