StolenSpace exhibits the artwork of a genre yet defined, influences from skateboard graphics, graffiti, illustration, comic books and tattoo art prevail in the often controversial work by these infamous and sometimes anonymous artists who's work embraces the urban environment and asthetic. Influenced by prevailing underground subcultures where there are few rules and anything is possible, Stolenspace exhibits this vitality that has been overlooked by galleries and museums for so long. Founded by like minded individuals who are directly involved in this movement, StolenSpace houses a collection of artwork by:
David Bray, D*Face, Shepard Fairey, Gerald Laing, Pedro Inoue, Meryl Donoghue, SEEN, Pete Fowler, Jessica Harrison, Marcus Jansen, Will Barras, Chloe Early, Chris Levine, Calma, Haroun Haward, Hellovon, Ben Johnson, Charles Krafft, Word to Mother, Mysterious Al, Ronzo, Kirsty Whiten, Dan Witz.
