One dream right now is to spend some time at a wineyard to learn more about the process of making wine and different types of wine in combination with food.
Great places around the world are - New Zeeland, Mexico, Thailand, Japan, New York, Uluru and below the surface in tropical waters.
I like meeting new friends and learning new languages. Driving small winding roads on my motorcycle, a Kawasaki Gpz 900, is another favourite!
And, ofcourse, since I work as a cook, I really enjoy cooking (but not for myself...)
