As the self proclaimed “Modern Renaissance Man with an eye catching flair for style, substance and swaggerâ€, Darien Baldwin, affectionately known by many as JayRock85, has the desire and passion to conquer all things media. With a dynamic repertoire of work pulling from within the Digital Film Making Industry to the Media, Marketing and Public Relations Communities, Darien is more than qualified to carry any project through thought to finish.
“ I define myself as being a traditionalist with a modern influence, as it relates to filmmaking. Although I am very “by the bookâ€, I often strive to take risks by stepping outside of the norm. Simplicity is key. What separates me from other filmmakers is my knowledge of selling a product. I believe that as filmmakers, we are all too often consumed solely with the production aspect of digital filmmaking. Having a professional background in Media, Marketing, and Public Relations (Love Consulting LLC. and j.85 Media & Marketing Solutions) have been major and contributing factors in preparing me to better understand how to effectively market, promote, distribute, and really sell myself along with my brandâ€.
