I have been a Licensed Hair Stylist since 2002, and enjoy learning and growing as a Cosmetologist. I work at for BEAUTY FIRST Color Salon & Spa. We use GOLDWELL hair color and it is amazing! I also work for myself as a Personal Trainer anywhere (in home, outdoors, gyms, etc). My website CassieRoseOnline.com features a blog where I promote myself as professional. On my blog through my website I spread the good word about health, fitness, and other personal interests of mine. My Personal Training targets 3 vital areas of health and fitness. Resistance Training, Cardiac/Respiratory Training, and a Healthy Balanced Diet. There are no secrets to good health. All you have to do is invest some time and effort in your health and the rest will follow. I'm here to help you reach any and all health and fitness goals! I love being a Hair Stylist, and the connection I have with my clients. I care about my clients. I support and encourage them to strive to live a healthy active lifestyle. I have Competed and won in NPC Figure Competitions. I love to ride my Cannodale road bike, and I am learning the Martial Art of Muay Thai at Ron Smith's Muay Thai Academy (www.rsmuaythai.net)
