About Me

I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me for being so lazy about updating this shit. Maybe soon I will break my leg and find the time. By the way, friends from growing up who I don't talk to much anymore: no I'm not really married.
Come catch we floaaaaaaat ting:
SATURDAY | SEPT 29TH | 2007 | 12N-8PM | ALL AGES | FREE
BAY AREA DRUM N BASS LOVEFEST 2007 FLOAT
PARADE STARTS @ 2ND & MARKET AT NOON
FLOAT WILL PARK AT CIVIC CENTER ON GROVE STREET IN FRONT OF BILL GRAHAM CIVIC AUDITORIUM
It's that time of year again! On Saturday Septemer 29th 2007, for the 4th Year in a row, the Bay Area Drum n Bass collective will be a part of the San Francisco Lovefest. This year, BADNB will represent all variety's of Drum N Bass to a projected 100,000 + people!!! We will be rolling hard with a super thick vibe on a 53 Foot Semi Tractor Trailer, packing over 35,000 Watts of sound!!!
and then...
I can't seem to convince myself to update my page very often. It's not really a promotional tool for me unless I start blasting bulletings, which rarely happens.
All you need to know about me personally is that I need a haircut really badly!
See, that's how lazy I am about updating this turd. I got a haircut.
Update: I need a haircut again.
People keep shaking my 8 balls like
HOW DO YOU WORK THIS?

Music:

a haiku:

MY SOUNDTRACK IS THE
SOUNDTRACK OF THE RUB-A-DUB
SOLDIER, YEAH YANNO.

This includes the English Beat. I also enjoy the traditional folk music of Thizzissippi.

By the way, I have located the most gangster youtube video ever. Enjoy.

Movies:

Identify the origin of the following quotations:

"He'll be headed to Jabba Point because there's fresh water there. And caves."

"This magnificent feast represents the last of the petty cash."

"Starcruiser." *snaking/waving hand motion* "Crash. Crash."

Television:

I have every episode of Sifl and Olly on DVD now. There is other stuff that I like.

Books:

OH THIS IS CURRENTLY MASSIVELY OUTDATED, WHAT IS THE USE.
"The Teacher Man," by Frank McCourt, and also a pile of old National Geographics and the book of Deuteronomy.
EVERYTHING BELOW HERE IS OLD NEWZ.
Right now: Donald Culross Peattie _An Almanac for Moderns_
This will always be out of date because I read more often than I update my profile. You can always assume that the most recent book I read was the American Heritage Dictionary. Here is the unrevised gunk I wrote 6 months ago:
Millions. Last read:
Found a 1st Edition copy of Harlan Ellison's _The Beast That Shouted Love at the Heart of the World_ at Pegasus on Shattuck for 4 bones! Father's Day present for my Da who introduced me to H.A. and with whom I might someday make a better film version of "A Boy and His Dog" than currently exists (good try, Don Johnson).
A proper review and synopsis of the compilation
Re-reading Kinsella's translation of the Tain Bo Cuailgne. It's been keeping me from going into my own personal warp-spasm, and that's important. To paraphrase Professor "Jeopardy Guy" Melia, "This is one of the most important pieces of epic literature ever set to paper and if you haven't read it, you should do so right now."
