What's Your Soul Singing?

About Me

SCROLL DOWN IN THE MUSIC BOX FOR A 5TH SONG!
I grew up in a town of less than 5,000 people. A typical kid really, out all day long and came home when the street lights came on (and parents never had to worry). Things were simpler then.
On my 13th birthday I asked my mom if I could drain my savings account and buy my first guitar and amplifier (I was inspired by the local store owner who was and is a kind soul). My mom said no but something inside of me said I had to do it...so I did. Needless to say I got some scoulding, my dad said I would play it once, put it in the closet and never look at it again...that was all the inspiration I needed...and 27 years of playing has now passed. Funny how your parents inspire you with whatever they say. I love them for that, and so many other things.
Since that day I have looked to my most loyal and loving friend (music) for so many reasons. It has helped me celebrate, cry, and become a better person. Music is the easiest way to express what really lies beneath my words. The words I write, the chords I play tell a story. The reason for this page is to allow me to share them with you.
Also, check out the "Da Blues" Site (SIMPLY CLICK THE NUMBER 1 FRIEND SPOT BELOW). We have completed the "Madison Rockers for Life" project to inform teens of the horrible consequences of drunk driving. Buy the CD here! Its for a GREAT cause!
Your comments and friendship are appreciated! I hope you enjoy my music....it is from the heart! :)
