I did the college thing and graduated from the U of Pittsburgh and after that i did Big Brother on CBS and the Surreal Life on VH1 and some other shows and movies. I produce some music and help promote for my friend DJ Jullian Sonteay. I still do some TV when called upon. No matter what ive done or am going to do i leave you with this to think about.. Everyone has an answer. So i start with the question. The question you've been asking yourself with increased regularity, at odd moments, panting through the extra mile on the treadmill, when you ran for the plane in Los Angeles, when you sat up in bed last night and hit your head off the lamp. The question that is in the back of your throat, choking the blood to your brain, ringing in your ears over and over as you put it to yourself. Sometimes finding the question is harder than finding the answer. You may know the answer but is the question the right one you should be asking? Slow down and look around you. Stop and breath. Its there. Waiting for you.......
