After years of being "ripped off" by all and sundry, Roy Davis, bass player with legendary UK melodic rock band SHY decided to put his own 'house in order' and Once Bitten Music was formed. Roy contacted some old mates who had experienced difficulties collecting past royalties and soon the likes or Pete Way (UFO, Waysted), Blaze Bayley (Wolfsbaine, Iron Maiden, Blaze), Tony Mills (SHY, TNT, Sweet) were all on board. Although tracking down “misplaced†royalties will be a major part of Once Bitten’s work representing new and unsigned talent will play an important part of their business, as Roy explains “all artists need protection and at Once Bitten Music we ensure that non of our artists get ripped offâ€. we will also work hard to help bands secure deals or licences.
