We're in the planning stages now for the first VIVACIOUS FASHION WEEK - Triad - premiering in FALL, 2008. If you are a designer or fashion-related company who may want to participate, let us know.
Designer Qualifications
While we certainly want to promote our local designers and talent, we would like to showcase the top designers from around the world. So if you're wanting to expand your business into our part of the country, this is a great time to do it.
Where the Designers Rule!
Through all the entertainment, parties and social networking, the purpose for a designer to be at a show is to sell product and increase brand awareness. So, our participating designers will be involved in the process so they will have the ultimate environment to showcase their creations. We are always open to innovative ideas.

ABOUT THE TRIAD
The Triad consists of Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point, Burlington, Asheboro, Thomasville & Lexington, North Carolina. With 1.5 Million people, it is the second most populous area in North Carolina just behind the Charlotte Metro Area and ahead of the Raleigh/Durham Metro Area.
Location
To travel across North Carolina, you pretty much have to go through the Triad which is the intersection of I-40, I-85, 421 & I-29. We're directly in the middle of Charlotte and Raleigh and just an 1 - 1 1/2 hours from each.
Film & Photo
The scenic beauty and variety of the Carolinas is what makes it one of the top choices for films and photo shoots. We are 3 hours from the booming film industry in Wilmington which has become the Hollywood of the southeast with Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, Idlewild and countless other major series, films and music videos. We are also less than three hours from the Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Travel & Accommodations
You will find traveling and doing business in the Triad to be an easy, cost effective and pleasant experience. Fly directly into Greensboro via PTI, Piedmont Triad International Airport. With Greensboro's well-designed road system and low traffic level, you can be across town in less than 20 minutes even in rush hour. So, there is no need for expensive cabs. We have a wide variety of hotels to fit any taste or budget including Grandover Resort and the O'Henry Hotel. But most of all, we hear how nice the people of the Triad are. It's a place where people still speak to you on the sidewalk.

The Triad was built on the textiles industry housing such companies as:
