About Me

On June 24th, 2007 I turned 51. Yip! I'm into classic rock, red wine and funny positive confident people. I've enjoyed my radio career and like my radio job. I've been in the same market since 1977 so listeners know me and enjoy what I do, and I'm respected by my co-workers. A great feeling!

Here is the station's site to listen live online Monday through Friday 3pm-7pm

I like walking my 2 miles everyday and am very into photography. I like remodeling work and working with casting material and molds. I'm still single, I think because of both a crazed time in 70's and 80's rock radio (that part would be censored) and a handful of hurtful experiences that have made me very cautious. Dating is stressful I think. Sex is a joke at first...I need to warm up to the gal. It gets better though...after a few months I'm an animal! Ha! So much time has gone by though, that now, I may, I think...I think...uhhh...want to get married some day to a like-minded gal that has been successful and knows what she wants. Someone that likes her space as much as I like mine, and would be my best friend as well. My goal is to retire to one of the east coast southern states and do fine art photography and travel. (Hopefully with the gal mentioned above)!

Check out some of my photography here. OK, forgive me for using this as a promotional tool...but we all love a buck! These and tons more are available on my site (www.jeffholbrook.com)

Here's a new slide show of photos I took around my house in June 2007...showing the same shots in color and b&w infrared.

My Interests

Travelling to the southeast states, photography, graphic arts, music, US history, drinking merlot, eating pizza once a month, walking, time alone, my computer...and a GREAT female ASS!

I'd like to meet:

Linda Blair, Margaret O'Brian and Angela Cartwright come to mind right away. I'm starstruck when it comes to actors. They seem bigger than life.

Music:

British blues rock from the 60's and 70's...Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Who, Pink Floyd, Beatles, Traffic, Ten Years After, Cocker, Geez there are tons more.

Movies:

Artsy dramas like Sling Blade and The Straight Story, nail biting thrillers, classic b/w movies like Jane Eyre, The Haunting, the old Frankenstein movies, ghost stories, spaghetti westerns with Clint, the Godfather movies...very cool.

Television:

The History Channel, Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, CNN, PBS. Ghost and haunting documentaries I could watch all night...not that reality shit though. I love the "Weird Travels" series on the Travel Channel. Also on Travel, Samantha Brown's documentaries. She's funny, and has one of the best butts north of the equator. Curly Howard rocks. He still makes me laugh laugh laugh! Stooges!

Books:

Stephen King short stories and Edgar Allan Poe...He has got to be my absolute fave.

Buried at PhotoCasket.com

Ghost stories too, any.
